Rev. Fr. Cajetan Menezes

Mentor and Chairman

Fr. Cajetan Menezes is the driving force behind Tripta Foundation. It was his vision and effort that led to the creation of our Wellness Homes and Counseling Hubs. His zeal and enthusiasm has not only energized the projects but also attracted some of the finest talent available in this field of work. Fr Cajetan has previously headed Snehalaya Family Services Centre in Mumbai and various other large organizations in this field apart from being the Parish Priest at St. Anthony’s Church in Malad, Mumbai.

Linus Pinto

Director

Linus is a man of few words and known to be a strict task master when it comes to work. A veteran in the finance field, Linus has worked with Writers’ Corporation as a part of their senior management in the past. Linus is based in Mumbai but loves to travel to Mangalore, his second home.

Bruno Coelho

Director

Bruno is a finance professional with many decades experience in the field of finance. He has also been instrumental in setting up the Wellness Homes in Mumbai and Mangalore. Considered nationally as one of the experts in the De-addiction Policy of the Government of India, Bruno is an advocate for government inclusion in addressing this problem and related policy changes. Bruno lives with his wife and two children in Virar

David Arambhan

Director

David Arambhan has been working with high-end technology companies in leadership roles for nearly 25 years. David has a wealth of expertise in managing and leading cross functional teams and building solid sales management and infrastructure. David is a renowned exponent of karate and is well-known karate teacher. David lives with his family in Mumbai.

Shrikant B

Chief Operating Officer

Shrikant is a former IT employee and has been working in this sector for the last 5 years. Himself a recovering alcoholic, Shrikant has been involved in formulating the processes and protocols of treatment at Tripta Foundation. He also looks after the HR and Technology functions and is passionate about research. Shrikant is currently based in Mumbai.

Paul Dsouza

General Manager- South

Paul is a veteran manager of rehabilitation facilities, having successfully run multiple centres in Mangalore for more than 20 years. He is the ‘go-to person’ for addiction treatment in Mangalore and adjoining areas. Paul current manages all Tripta Foundation operations in South India. He lives in Mangalore with his wife and son.

Sameer Patil

General Manager- West

Sameer is recovering addict and former IT worker. Having struggled addiction himself, Sameer is now assisting others who are grappling with this affliction to find their path to recovery. He is currently associated with Tripta Foundation and looks after all operations in Western India. Sameer loves to ride his bike to work everyday from Virar, where he lives with his wife and daughter.

Mark Fernandes

Assistant Manager- Online Services

Mark is based in the Wellness Home in Rajodi and manages the online services of Tripta Foundation apart from sharing his experience in recovery with clients at the Home. Mark has previously worked in various service sector roles in Operations.

Romila David

Social Impact Worker

Romila is a social worker, has a profound interest in the mental health field. Her passion for counseling stems from a desire to bring about positive change in the world and enhance lives. Romila holds an MSW (Master of Social Work) and currently serves as a Social Impact Officer at Tripta Foundation Mumbai, where she continues to contribute to making a meaningful difference in the community.

Akshaya Ashokan

Therapist and Supervisor

Akshaya is a counselling psychologist and one of the first therapists at Tripta Foundation and manages the Inclusive Family Systems Therapy at Tripta. She also supervises the counsellors at Mangalore and Mumbai. Akshaya specialize in providing Psychological Guidance, Emotional Wellness, Anxiety, Stress and Anger Management, Behavioral Coaching and Group Therapy Akshaya is the biggest fan of Bengaluru city and lives there with her parents.

Jean Lewis

Therapist

During her 30-year career in HR at a US based multinational corporation, Jean witnessed how mental health issues could silently disrupt relationships and lives. She helped employees in her HR capacity but there was a drive in her to do more. Fuelled by this passion, she traded talent management dashboards for textbooks, earning a Master’s in Clinical Psychology and a Postgraduate Diploma in Counselling form TISS and joined Tripta Foundation in February 2023, ready to empower individuals and build a more supportive community around mental health. Jean currently handles the Counselling Hub at Malwani and works on the online therapy platform as well. Jean lives in Mumbai with her family.

Neeti Mehta

Therapist

In a career spanning almost thirty years in Human Resources, Neeti has led and managed diverse portfolios across global and domestic organizations Recently, guided by passion and a deep interest in human behavior, she made a full-time career shift to counselling and coaching. In this context, she pursued a post graduate diploma in counselling from Tata Institute of Social Sciences and certification from International Coaching Federation. Neeti is currently involved with the in-house therapy at the Rajodi Wellness Home and the online therapy service at Tripta Foundation. Neeti lives with her family in Mumbai.

Meeta Srivastava

Therapist

Meeta is a counselling practitioner and has completed her post graduate diploma in counselling from TISS,Mumbai. She is a qualified QPR Suicide Prevention gate keep and is pursuing integral family system study circle. She aims to provide, a supportive, non-judgemental and compassionate space to clients to explore their thoughts, feeling and experiences. Meeta currently works with the Tripta online service.

Dr Sachin Khaire

M.B.B.S (Mumbai), Consultant Physician

Dr. Khaire has been associated with HIV management and de-addiction for more than a decade and is associated with multiple organizations working in the field. He is also one of the few UNODC trained physicians in the country to specialize in Opioid Substitution Therapy. Dr. Khaire has been an integral part of our team from the very inception of Tripta Foundation. Dr Khaire lives in Mumbai with his family.

Dr Akshay Chordia

M.B.B.S, M.D, Consultant Psychiatrist

Dr. Akshay is a Consultant Psychiatrist and De-addiction Specialist. He holds an MBBS degree from Government Medical Colleges in Akola and an MD in Psychiatry from Lokmanaya Tilak Municipal Medical College and Hospital in Sion, Mumbai. Dr. Akshay has previously served as an Assistant Professor at Sion Hospital in Mumbai. Dr Akshay is a well-known name in the field of de-addiction and works with various organizations to help those still suffering. He is currently associated with the Wellness Home and Rehabilitation center at Nalasopara. He lives with his family in Virar.
